The role of AVP/Director/Head will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth across our Digital Agency services and Tech services.

This is an end-to-end revenue generation role, where you will be responsible for owning the new business pipeline, prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients.

You will also be responsible for identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within Cheil network accounts, while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail and FMCG.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of these verticals, excellent pitch craft and a sharp understanding of digital agency service lines.

They will also have a hustler mindset, comfortable with targets, proactive pipeline building and hands-on selling, as well as team leadership experience.
