Our mission is to empower Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through sustainable cow adoption and transparent revenue-sharing models, while leveraging IoT, blockchain, and AI to ensure quality and economic upliftment for rural communities.

We provide comprehensive programs and access to leased processing plants to support SHGs. Our premium product portfolio includes A2 dairy products and a variety of organic, eco-friendly materials.

Gomini aims to create global impact by scaling our operations significantly over the next few decades.

As a Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for unlocking growth capital and crafting a crisp, investor-ready business model and collateral for our FICO and FOCO offerings.

This is a partner-level role with real ownership, not a job.

You will build the investment story from first principles, convert your trust and reputation into a repeatable, multi-crore investor pipeline, and own capital raise end-to-end.

Your mandate includes architecting the model, owning capital raise, building a repeatable engine, and managing investor relations.

You will work closely with our ops and finance teams to deliver and report on key metrics.

A successful candidate will have a credible investor network among HNIs/family offices, experience in scaled investment-heavy plays or leading capital formation, and strong references and reputation for closing without noise.

In return, you will receive a co-founder title, board seat, meaningful initial equity stake, performance-linked ESOPs, and long-term participation in value creation.

The role is remote, but travel as needed, and requires a minimum INR 50 lakhs preferred equity participation.
