Job Title: Game Economy Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Game Economy Strategist to craft engaging social casino gaming experiences for players worldwide.

  • Design and develop economy models, in-app currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems that drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize data modeling and player segmentation to forecast behavioral trends and evaluate feature impact.
  • Iterate on game economy design based on KPI analysis to enhance player satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling economy models and balance in-game currencies.
  • Create and balance reward structures and monetization systems that align with business goals.
  • Forecast behavioral trends and evaluate feature impact using data modeling techniques.
  • Plan and design economy-driven live events and promotions to increase player engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests for pricing strategies and progression tuning to optimize player outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed economy specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain consistent economic balance and fairness across platforms.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino games.
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play economy design, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google sheets for analytical modeling.
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and analysts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
