Executive Leader Sought for Strategic Growth

We are on the hunt for a seasoned executive to spearhead our company's next phase of growth. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will own the enterprise profit and loss statement and lead the company's expansion into new markets, upgrade operations and technology, and build a high-performance culture.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader ready to scale a mid-sized manufacturing company into a globally competitive enterprise.

  • Own end-to-end profit and loss and value creation; set strategy, translate into roadmaps, and deliver outcomes.
  • Take ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG - working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
  • Drive market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure); build channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
  • Build a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Modernize manufacturing: improve throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploy capex with ROI discipline.
  • Lead digital/ERP transformation; institutionalize data-driven governance.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience - vendor development for alloys and strategic sourcing.
  • Establish a performance culture - clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
  • Represent the company with customers, JV/tech partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies; uphold brand and governance standards.
