Role: Regional Business Head - IT Staffing & Contract Hiring for MNC Clients

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead our team in generating revenue and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in new client development in IT recruitment and contract staffing
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading the IT staffing or contract staffing practice
  • A proven track record in maximizing revenue as a hard-core sales professional
  • Experience in SAP/IT contract staffing consultancy preferred

You will be responsible for designing and executing business strategies, acquiring new clients, developing and mentoring a team of IT hiring experts, and ensuring successful delivery of staffing and recruitment projects.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of IQ, maturity, and entrepreneurial spirit. The selected candidate will work remotely and be committed to growing with our organization.
