Internal Auditor

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to fill a key role at our organization. As a Risk and Controls professional, you will be involved in business process review, process design and implementation, risk and control assessment, internal audit, and validation of focusing on key risk areas.

  • Managing internal audit assignments for the client in the BFSI sector.
  • Preparation of risk-based audit plans.
  • Preparation of audit scopes and work programs.
  • Supporting team members in fieldwork.
  • Reviewing the work of team members.
  • Preparation of audit reports.
  • Discussion of reports with concerned functional heads.
  • Finalization of reports & submission to senior management.
  • Preparation of audit committee presentations.
  • Presentation of audit results to pre-audit committees.
  • Tracking and follow-up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Leading projects initiated within the team.
  • Training new and existing team members on auditing and recent developments.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in internal audit or related fields.
  • CA/MBA/any graduate degree.
  • Ability to manage teams (business as well as technical).
  • Ability to perform reviews independently.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of client management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments if needed.
  • Good oral/written communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge to perform technical reviews based on guidance provided.
