Risk Manager Professional

Overview:

Genpact is seeking a seasoned risk management professional to join its team as a risk manager, responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of an effective risk and compliance assurance program that supports the three lines of defense model and aligns with Bank strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, and process controls.
  • Develop strategies to prevent violations of regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, and process controls.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and identify risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Identify compliance issues and necessary training requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or equivalent/relevant bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, audit, assurance, or a related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in the field of risk management and preferred skills include experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
