Senior Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in your city.

Main Responsibilities and Objectives
  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline of potential clients through various channels.
    • Proactively engage with prospects, follow-up, and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.
  • Sales and Deal Closure:
    • Cultivate client relationships, conduct product demos, and presentations.
    • Manage negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding to meet targets.
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs deeply and propose customized solutions.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations.
    • Share insights internally to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Requirements and Qualifications
    • Experience and Skills:
      • 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
      • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in sectors like EV, automotive, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or energy.
      • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to work independently, manage sales cycles, and navigate ambiguity.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and simple web tools for sales collateral.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related technical field; a master's degree is preferred.
    • Attributes:

      • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
