About Swiggy Instamart
Instamart is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than assortments / products to our customers within 10-15 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Instamart has been operating in 90+ cities across India and plan to expand to a few more soon. We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and street-smart person to support our City Business Delivery team. This role involves research, project execution, documentation, cross-functional collaboration to drive our innovative projects forward. This role also involves analysis of the data and understanding what is best for the city

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, Innovation, and Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer needs, and monetization landscape to share deep insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Data Analytics
  • Executive Reporting
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to keep the food leadership team informed on progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., product, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 4-5 years in relevant e-commerce or management consulting firms
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Gsheet, SQL)
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, street-smart approach, and effective stakeholder management.
