Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales & Activation Manager to lead and manage a large on-ground team driving BTL activations, patient acquisition, and brand visibility for Chains of healthcare Clinics.
You will be responsible for building, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of Supervisors and Customer Sales Executives (CSEs) while ensuring consistent lead generation and territory growth.
This role is ideal for leaders with a strong background in field sales, team management, and BTL marketing who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Preferred candidate profile
Team Setup & Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Supervisors and CSEs across multiple locations.
Ensure each Supervisor effectively leads 810 CSEs.
Conduct regular reviews to maintain productivity and ensure every CSE generates 40–50 qualified leads daily.
Training & Development
Train team members on BTL activations, communication skills, and lead generation techniques.
Conduct CRM and technology training for lead tracking and reporting.
Continuously coach and mentor the team for skill enhancement and performance improvement.
Field Operations & Lead Generation
Plan and oversee on-ground activations around clinic catchments—society drives, corporate health camps, exhibitions, and community events.
Audit field activities for brand compliance and lead quality.
Provide on-field leadership to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Sales & Performance Management
Drive team and individual sales targets; monitor lead-to-conversion performance in coordination with clinic teams.
Analyze MIS data and prepare performance dashboards for management.
Brand Promotion & Market Intelligence
Support participation in local events, health camps, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
Gather and share market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, field sales, or lead generation, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer services.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and lead-generation targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, data tracking, and performance analytics.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage large field teams independently.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during major activations or events.
