Job Title: City Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Lead to join our team in City. As the face of our company in the market, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving growth in your city.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new prospects through online and offline channels and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Proactively reach out, follow-up, and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Manage negotiations for profitable agreements.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding to meet acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
