About the Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all operational activities in your assigned Mumbai location. Your role will combine project management, team supervision, business development, and operational control. You will oversee site execution, track inventory, manage schedules, generate work opportunities, and ensure excellent service for clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day EV charger installation projects in the assigned location.
  • Supervise and guide employees to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Monitor and assess employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct site feasibility surveys and prepare detailed project reports.
  • Manage stock, tools, and equipment inventory; ensure timely procurement and replenishment.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the management on operations, performance, and stock status.
  • Develop new business opportunities and work towards expanding the company's customer base.
  • Schedule work efficiently, allocating resources to meet deadlines.
  • Deal with clients and customers professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and secure new projects or service opportunities.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, quality, and safety compliance at all times.

Education & Experience
:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, business development, or site/project supervision (EV or renewable energy industry experience is a plus)
