Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients through phone and WhatsApp to inform them about products and guide them through the sales process.

As a Customer Support Professional, your primary goal is to close deals by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Guiding clients through the sales process and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Closing deals by negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be ambitious and willing to learn, with a strong desire to grow professionally.
