About This Role

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resolve customer issues related to digital payments, transaction failures, refunds, chargebacks, and account discrepancies by working closely with technical and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably in the payments or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of digital payment systems, payment gateways, UPI, cards, wallets, and banking protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools or similar CRMs is a plus
