As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience with digital payment solutions.

About the Role:
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues related to digital payments, transaction failures, refunds, chargebacks, and account discrepancies
  • Elevate unresolved queries to relevant departments and ensure follow-through
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address recurring issues and enhance client experience
  • Contribute insights to product development based on client pain points
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of customer support experience in the payments or fintech industry
  • In-depth understanding of digital payment systems, payment gateways, UPI, cards, wallets, and banking protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is beneficial)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools or similar CRMs
