Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating sales leads, and meeting revenue targets.

In this key role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, driving business growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in account management and business development, preferably in the geosynthetic industry.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of geosynthetic products and related industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
