Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SocialPilot. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of go-to market (GTM) programs with both new and existing partners. This includes identifying, engaging, and executing new partnerships with industry leaders across our partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives with strategic partners. You will be expected to work directly with the leadership team and play a key role in driving business growth through partnerships.

About the Role:
- Develop and execute GTM programs with new and existing partners
- Identify and engage with industry leaders across our partner ecosystem
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate successful campaigns
- Monitor and track campaign performances and relevant KPIs
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement mutually beneficial strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives with strategic partners
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the performance of partner marketing programs
