Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of test centers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator position in our team.

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating scheduling across the network of test centers, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements. They will also be responsible for collaborating with Workforce Management on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast, monitoring the utilization of test centers, and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling across the network of test centers.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast.
  • Monitor the utilization of test centers.
  • Recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  • Manage accurate submission of invoices for test centers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events ensuring minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders.
  • Oversee CCTV monitoring across test centers to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle requests from test centers regarding changes in setup or personnel.
  • Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and English language proficiency (Level C2).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required, ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs.
