We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an ServiceNow Developer.

About the Role

The position will be responsible for designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains with hands-on configuring in the Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver development projects on time and contribute to all aspects of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain technical/implementation design documentation.
  • Provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • Conduct regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
  • Assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to prepare configurations for production.
  • Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing - review test scripts; align with wider testing strategy.
  • Evaluate and propose changes to implementation specifications.
  • Offer consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4-8+ years of development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components in the ServiceNow Suite.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.
  • Experience using programming methodologies such as JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • GCP Working Knowledge.
  • Prior technical experience of systems analysis/programming.
  • Building/executing JavaScript utilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials.
  • Conceptual architecture knowledge.
  • Agile Framework experience, preferably with Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
