Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

 

Key Challenges and Objectives:

  • Provide expert-level assistance in configuring, customizing, and developing reports for setting up processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective solutions utilizing ServiceNow to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Proven track record of successfully configuring ServiceNow, customizing, and developing reports to set up processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A pleasant attitude, being a team player, and embracing a collaborative environment are essential.
