ServiceNow GRC Technical Consultant Job

A highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer is needed to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. They will customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.

In addition, the candidate will implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications, provide technical guidance and support, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies and industry trends.

  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years in IRM/GRC module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Good experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules, understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  2. Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
  5. Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
  7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  8. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
