We are seeking a professional to fill a Governance, Risk and Compliance role in our organization. This position will involve contributing to strategic GRC initiatives across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the GRC team strategically and operationally
- Acting as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions
- Defining KPIs, ensuring audit-readiness and managing the GRC roadmap
- Coordinating with Enterprise Risk Management
GRC Architects/Leads will provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture. They will oversee integrations, platform scalability and security. Collaboration with enterprise platform and security teams is also required.
GRC Functional Consultants will configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance). They will translate business requirements into workflows, support testing, training and go-live activities. Aligning implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR) is necessary.
GRC/Risk & Compliance Analysts will maintain risk registers, control libraries and policy documentation. They will support audits, evidence collection and control testing. Generating dashboards and reports (e.g. risk heatmaps) and liaising with business units on control responsibilities are also key tasks.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance or related fields
- Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
