Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be responsible for designing and developing robust ServiceNow solutions that meet user requirements.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user stories and determine requirements.
  • Providing technical guidance on configuration vs customization, focusing on out-of-box functionality.
  • Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, including rollout of new modules.
  • Configuring Application UIs and Workflows.
  • Demonstrating expertise in application modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal.

You will also collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators and developers to develop effectively and maintain consistency across instances.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience working in a design and development role for the ServiceNow Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Experience in transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized service organization.
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Service and APIs.
  • IT and Security management best practice (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
