Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on the role of Development Specialist. This key position plays a pivotal role in driving our fundraising efforts, supporting the development team in achieving set targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, update databases with new information and track prospects for future opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals, reports, and presentations that align with our initiatives and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Provide valuable support to Development Board members by researching and providing background information, as well as tracking prospect data.
  • Manage grant calendars, ensure timely submission of applications, and maintain up-to-date records of donor interactions.
  • Log all interactions with donors and board members within 48 hours, utilizing our CRM system to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Design and execute effective fundraising strategies, including donor salons and stewardship events, aimed at building strong relationships with our supporters.
  • Produce actionable dashboards and internal reports, highlighting key trends and insights in our fundraising activity.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships, possessing strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
