Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our organization.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking to optimize cash flow.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial expertise for decision-making.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
