Job Opportunity:

We seek a skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, compliance, risk management, cash flow management, process improvement, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  2. Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
  4. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  6. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  8. Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Manage bank payments and receipts appropriately.
  9. Manage the organization's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  10. Optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
  11. Process Improvement and Automation: Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools.
  13. Monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  14. Taxation Management: Oversee preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
  15. Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.
  16. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.
  17. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
