Chartered Accountant Job Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily MIS and Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for India and foreign companies, including standalone and consolidated financials.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in India and foreign countries, including preparation of tax audits and ITR filings.
  • Transfer Pricing Compliance: Support and ensure transfer pricing compliance for India and foreign companies.
  • Statutory Audits and Tax Audits: Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Principles: A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • SAP and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and consultants.
