Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in enhancing financial systems and implementing ERP solutions to support real-time reporting and decision-making. Your strong technical background and expertise in Power BI will enable you to design, develop, and maintain dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  3. Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  4. Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  5. Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  6. Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  7. Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Qualifications, Skills, and Benefits

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field is required. Relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions is essential.

Skills: Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation) is necessary. Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar), knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes, good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements are also required.
