Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A dynamic and results-driven professional with 7-10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising for a multidisciplinary sports complex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists, with a proven track record in developing and implementing CSR strategies.
  • Create an extensive database of HNI/potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Establish and track target-based fundraising goals, reporting through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics to the management at regular intervals.
  • Ability to create and communicate powerful pitches, proposals to the management/HNIs/CSR Heads and drive closures successfully.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to create high-impact presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with the project team to deliver the fundraising goals.
  • Represent the organization at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil/English).
  • Should be an individual contributor and comfortable leading pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Should have the ability to work in a dynamic, target, and outcome-based environment and adapt accordingly.
  • Should possess good knowledge of current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
