    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.\
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, promoting consistency in financial practices.\

      • Financial Planning & Analysis:\

        • Analyze financial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, driving informed business decisions.\
        • Design and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, enabling data-driven decision-making.\

          • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:\

            • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial goals and objectives.\

Requirements:

  • Certified Accounting (CA) or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) qualification or equivalent.\
  • 1-3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a dynamic environment.\
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formatting), PowerPoint, and Word.\
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to various audiences.\
  • A high-energy individual with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\
  • Exceptional analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.\
