Job Title: Sr. Creative Strategist

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and strategies for multiple brands across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Present campaign plans and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work that meets award-winning standards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead who provides overall direction, feedback, and guidance.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to graphic designers and break down briefs for junior creatives.
  • Manage revisions based on internal and external feedback while meeting client goals and deadlines.
  • Actively present throughout the production process from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Carry out research on brands, competition, and target audiences to ensure a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and online developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, interactive strategies and presentations.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage and provide direction to junior creative resources.
  • Strong presentation and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create engaging content.
