Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Business System Specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely resolution of support tickets.">Primary responsibilities include managing a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting and resolving Level 2 tickets, as well as maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.">The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as this individual will interact with various stakeholders, including internal and external customers and vendors.">Key qualifications for this position include at least 5 years of professional experience in an IT or Helpdesk role, preferably with Salesforce Administrator experience. Knowledge of navigating the Salesforce landscape and terminology, particularly data security and territory management, is highly desirable.">Furthermore, this role requires hands-on experience providing system and tool support to users, as well as exceptional time management skills. A quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
