Job Title: Physical Security Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide second-level support for Genetec Security Center and OnGuard access control systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing system incidents, and implementing system enhancements to improve performance and operational security needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genetec Security Center and OnGuard access control systems remotely.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve system incidents, alarms, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center and/or OnGuard Access Control System support, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Good understanding of access control concepts, physical security principles, and industry standards.
  • Experience with system integration, IP network protocols, and common security hardware (readers, controllers, locks).
