ERP Support Specialist - Real Estate Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support and maintenance services for ERP systems used in the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Farvision and In4Velocity ERP systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality support services, we encourage you to apply.

  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications, ensuring seamless operation across all modules.
  • Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including sales, customer care, billing, taxation, engineering, contracting, procurement, finance, and administration.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes. Prepare specific reports as requested by management.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients.
