ERP Manager Job Opportunity

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing technology risk management activities in the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
  • Ensure ERP user management access privileges and password.
  • Ensure Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing process.
  • Take overall responsibility for Technology risk management activity in ERP for Manufacturing process.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a fully tested comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
  • Configure and validate critical fields and regulatory requirements for Manufacturing process in Plant.
  • Integrate between ERP and Government Portal API, requiring master configuration and management.
  • Customize Legal document output Forms (PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO) interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Identify high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Develop and implement MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
  • Identify user issues that can be solved through front-end or back-end solutions and require service provider involvement.
  • Ensure security of transactions by configuring stop Backdated transactions updates and unwanted user accesses based on user role and access privilege levels.
  • Monitor system implementation, support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensure ERP S/W is up-to-date with the latest build number for GST and TDS compliance coordination with Service providers and consultants.
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues.
  • Formulate an overall strategy and policy for effective and efficient ERP process functioning.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain all ERP business processes.
  • Purchase, receive, and account for ERP modules to upgrade business processes.
  • Coordinate with Plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Build and manage a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Identify training needs of team members and fulfill them through formal training and hand-holding.
  • Maintain employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Motivate, mentor, and counsel to achieve desired performance.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with minimum 5-year experience in PERP all modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal).

Essential Skills:

SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, Knowledge of tables and Fields to access transactional data and Master data. Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal) with business process knowledge should be there.

Desirable Skills:

Candidate oriented, Analytical problem-solving, Action oriented, Continuous learning updation, oral communication skills.
