As a seasoned expert in Zoho ERP implementation, you will lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our ERP environment.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and practical business acumen. You will collaborate closely with our team members who have initiated the setup process.

The project scope encompasses:

  • Configuring Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory management, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrating customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP system with accuracy and integrity.
  • Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations as necessary to align with our operations.
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) where required.
  • Testing, training, and supporting team members during rollout.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience with Zoho One implementation, particularly Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skills in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with our team remotely via Zoom for real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.
  • Familiarity with Loom, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Zoho One is essential.
