ERP System Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP system manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple modules, including Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.

Responsibilities include handling data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance, as well as providing support to end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to the ERP system.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating, analyzing, and sharing MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting, and ensuring timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using the ERP system.

Additionally, the ERP system manager will provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes and contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP systems (2-5 years).
  • Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
