Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing HR service platforms.

About the Role

  • Oversight of HR service delivery processes, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Management and optimization of HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
  • Leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR service delivery, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR service platforms and systems, including Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
