About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including employee records management, benefits administration, and recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain Employee Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and management, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HR: Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • HRIS Experience: Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration software.
  • Training Coordination: Strong skills in training coordination and facilitation, including course design and delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with employees and management.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Travel Industry Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
