Key Position: Strategic HR Operations Specialist

We seek an accomplished and dynamic professional to lead our end-to-end HR operations, encompassing recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies: job postings, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding process management.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Payroll Management and Compliance:
    • Process monthly payrolls accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliances.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring seamless data management.
    • Oversee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and address employee queries and grievances efficiently.
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support team-building activities.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Design, develop, and implement HR policies, appointment letters, relieving letters, and other critical documents.
    • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HR – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions.
  • Proficiency in Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
