We are seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to spearhead our client's journey in HR transformation and digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the end-to-end implementation of a comprehensive HRMS from system integration to go-live.
- Liaise with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Analyze existing HR processes and digitize workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues along with SLA.
- Design and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels.
- Promote a digital-first culture and employee self-service adoption as the HRMS champion.
- Provide ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations (attendance, payroll interface, leave management, employee lifecycle, etc.) through digital platforms.
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the key HR point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives.
Qualification: Graduate + MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with an employee strength of at least 1,000+.
Competencies:
- Strong HR process knowledge (Payroll, Attendance, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc.).
- Good understanding of HR Technology, integrations, and process automation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data.
- Agile, self-driven, and capable of handling high-paced environments.
