Job Description:

A Senior Manager is sought to oversee key business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for senior stakeholders.

The Senior Manager will create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and executive audiences. They will develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities, and prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including risk and compliance reviews.

The Senior Manager will also support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications. They will reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale. Additionally, they will develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.

Key responsibilities include preparing presentations for quarterly business reviews, maintaining and improving dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, and identifying opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes. The Senior Manager will also liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
