As the strategic leader of our South Asia operations, you will be responsible for transforming our grain processing business in the region, with a focus on biofuel ethanol that aligns with our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop market entry strategies based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market needs to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure succession planning to maintain business continuity.
  • Identify regional opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovation to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering, or relevant field, with 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes is essential.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
