We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Specialist to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage MIS systems for efficient data analysis and performance tracking.
- Develop presentation materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Utilize ATS tools such as for effective recruitment management.
- Analyze weekly/monthly and quarterly team performance.
- Prepare review presentations and client decks for evaluation.
- Oversee the creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Coordinate regular job postings for internal and external stakeholders, including public job boards.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong proficiency in MS Suite and expertise in MIS, PowerPoint, and Excel. You should also be adept in managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work during non-traditional hours.
