
Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring smooth backend execution.
The role offers exposure to international operations and hands-on involvement in our travel business. This is a growth-oriented position for someone eager to learn, contribute, and eventually lead a team.
Key Responsibilities- Operations & Administration:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical.
- Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination.
- Client & Customer Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients.
- Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained.
- Growth & Team Readiness:
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building.
- Develop leadership skills with the potential to lead a team in the future.
- 0-1 year of experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities.
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms.
