Admin Manager Role:
Seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to oversee administrative operations, ensuring seamless project execution. This includes coordinating site readiness, vendor management, and staff accommodation setup.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and arrange suitable staff rooms close to project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely setup of furniture and utilities.
- Conduct pre-launch site inspections to verify operational readiness.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities and service providers for smooth execution of administrative tasks.
- Ensure procurement and availability of required materials.
- Prepare and maintain site readiness checklists and reports.
- Handle travel and logistical arrangements for staff during launch phase.
- Manage petty cash and expense records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Support operations team with ad-hoc administrative requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or site coordination.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during project launches.
