Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. This position combines finance, HR, and administration responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize invoices for accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Record expenses under the correct heads to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Prepare project-wise Profit and Loss statements to provide clear financial insights.
  • Provide regular snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts to new team members.
  • Process monthly salary payouts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable to maintain compliance.
  • Support basic HR and people operations tasks to ensure seamless employee onboarding.
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Handle documentation with attention to detail.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a smooth work environment.

Requirements:

  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration to provide a solid foundation for this role.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes to ensure efficient employee management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.) to leverage technology for enhanced productivity.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently to drive results.
