Logistics Management Specialist Job Summary:

Experienced professionals with expertise in logistics and operations management are sought to join our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating client interactions, managing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Receive and accurately process client orders, maintaining proper records and updating order status regularly.
  • Utilize software systems for order entry, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehouse, transport, procurement) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation.
  • Prepare reports related to orders, client communication, and logistics performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, client interactions, and inventory movements.
  • Support audits and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role.
  • Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of logistics software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
