Key Position: Business Operations Coordinator

This key role necessitates strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR and Admin team to ensure seamless task execution.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Process: Implement a smooth onboarding process for new employees, incorporating orientation, training, and assimilation into the team.
  • Employee Engagement Strategies: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including one-on-one meetings, team-building events, and other activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management System: Regularly conduct performance check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to support employee growth and development.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and conflicts while ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and policies.
  • Employee Retention Strategies: Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to recommend strategies for improving retention and reducing turnover.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee facility operations, including space management, interior design, electrical maintenance, air conditioning, fire safety, internet connectivity, minor projects, soft services, and inventory management.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to building regulations, fire safety standards, and lift approvals.
