Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a challenging role in the manufacturing sector? Do you have a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets?
As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end sales for staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and workforce solutions to manufacturing clients across Delhi NCR and industrial clusters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and converting new enterprise accounts in the manufacturing sector
- Leading consultative sales efforts to gather hiring forecasts, propose staffing models, and negotiate service agreements
- Driving deal closure from lead generation to rollout coordination with delivery teams
- Collaborating with recruitment and operations teams to ensure SLA-driven delivery, onboarding, quality of hires, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of sales experience in staffing/recruitment/RPO companies
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals in the manufacturing sector
- Strong network and existing client contacts within manufacturing/industrial clusters
